The project will take place in three phases:

In Spring 2016, a new scoreboard (the largest center-hung scoreboard in the upper Midwest), renovated suite level with brand new-to-market offerings and a new improved sound system were added.

In Fall 2016-Spring 2017, exterior work was done on a new glass atrium entrance on 6th Street as well as a loading dock on the 7th Street side of Target Center.

In Summer 2017, Target Center was shut down as the new lobby is completed, locker rooms and dressing rooms will be redone and the concourse improvements including lighting, public restrooms, food and beverages and seating will be placed.
