• The Commons

    Construction is now complete on a new public green space that will host a range of use for downtown residents, workers and visitors. The Commons is 4.2 acres located west of U.S. Bank Stadium on two city blocks between Park Avenue, 5th Avenue and 4th and 5th Streets. A narrowed Portland Avenue runs through the center of the Commons’ two blocks. The East Block features a Great Lawn as well as seating, Food Truck access and a splash pad, and the West Block is landscaped with native plants lining walking paths.
